Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and activities under your account.
• Provide accurate information and update it as needed.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Use of the Service

• Comply with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.
• Do not misuse features (e.g., scraping, probing, bypassing security, spamming).
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.

Content & Data

• You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service.
• Aggregated, anonymized insights may be used to improve the Service.
• Refer to our Privacy Policy for data collection and use.

Pricing & Payment

• Fees (e.g., setup and monthly) are as listed on the Pricing page unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access.
• Taxes and surcharges may apply based on jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content, features, and technologies are owned or licensed by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by these Terms.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate or reference third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Yelp). Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., rankings or sales).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DineEdge AI and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations or for operational reasons. Upon termination, certain provisions survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where DineEdge AI operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
